Freelance Technical Consultant and Author. Sometime Architectural Assistant, Electronics Engineer, Electromagnetics Test Engineer, and manufacturer of computer input devices for children and SEN.

Memberships

Council member for the Parish of Longdon, Queehill and Holdast. Parish representative on the Worcestershire CALC Executive.

Inactive memberships (sorry about that, folks): Liberal Democrats, RSA - Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, Amnesty International.

Current interests

Active interests include philosophy of science and self, polyhedra, and the ideas behind free and open software.

I find the current state of web programming to be pretty awful and sometimes toy with panscript, the germ of an idea for a unified web language.

Oh, and I am hopefully now coming down from a brief addiction to wikipedia where I have a page about what I do there.

Degrees in: Architecture/Philosophy (Cantab - Churchill), Environmental Studies (UCL) and Electronics Design (OU).

Family

Father Peter Inchbald, designer of the Hull Mace, writer of the Franco Corti detective stories and sometime painter and sculptor, among other things. Died 2 July 2005.
